Metlifecare, a forward-thinking aged care provider, saw an opportunity to reimagine their Palmerston North facility. While hospital-level care remains on site, the goal was to bring the village concept to the forefront, with a strong focus on independence and community. One of their older buildings was due for an upgrade, making it the perfect time for change.

But how do you express culture within four walls and a floor? How do you show that this place is about living independently, staying connected, and having support available when it’s needed?
