Social responsibility is a big part of being a sustainable company. With that in mind InterfaceNZ has for the second year running sponsored the ARTS in the form of the REEL EARTH Environmental Film festival. Often the films shown here are poignant, challenging and often have a strong sustainability slant. The agenda behind the film is often to challenge, entice or persuade based on real imagery and true reporting. You can now understand why the fit with our own ethos at InterfaceNZ is so strong.
Brent Barrett, the Director of the Reel Earth Environmental Film Festival made the following comment:
First up a big thanks to you (there is an official letter from Reel Earth in the hopper) for Interface NZ's involvement in Reel Earth's gala weekend and season via sponsorship and stage presence. Your support and encouragement has ensured that the opening night was successful, the screenings are a success with increased viewer numbers, demand for programmes and website visits are up, there’s more media coverage than ever before and a good buzz around the event.
