The carpet tile is cleaned by lifting up dirty tiles and washing them in hot water. They are then hung in the sun to dry while a replacement tile is set in the newly created 'hole' in the floor. Hence the carpet is always perfect and a room is never out of commission due to carpet cleaning, irrespective of whatever happened in that room.
