And the key word here was value. Not cheap, build and flog off. But real LIFE-TIME VALUE. And most importantly, no hassle cost in 3 years time when the broadloom seams and wear areas wear out and all the furniture and employees need to be moved around to allow the new carpet to be installed.

They wanted a full 15 year wear warranty. A carpet tile that would hide staining/soiling until the cleaners turned up. A floor that would always look pristine.

Net result, one single tile pattern & colour with a strong design feature that would last and not date. Blueprint form did the trick.
